Keep the function current
Every GCAA dangerous goods function is certified for 24 months. Recurrent training must be completed before the certificate expires for your staff to keep performing that function.
We record the expiry date at the time of certification and flag the renewal window ahead of time, so the recurrent course is booked before the certificate lapses, not after.

How long is a dangerous goods certificate valid?
Twenty-four months from the date of issue. We flag the renewal window ahead of expiry so recurrent training is booked before the certificate lapses.
What happens if a certificate has already expired?
If the certificate has lapsed, the initial course is required rather than recurrent training. Send us the expiry date and we will confirm which applies before you book.
Can recurrent training be delivered at our facility?
Yes. Recurrent training can be delivered at your site across the UAE, on your shift pattern.
What is the pass mark?
Eighty per cent, with distinction at ninety per cent. Assessment covers knowledge, skills and attitude in line with the GCAA competency-based approach.
